Prateek Gupta Following are the collar consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my get-go, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra conjunction as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students utilise for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my initial job but the joining for the unit of measurement tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time referable to time out in 2008. In the mean time I fixed to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd backup people. I came across those sales people who can transport anything and also, a different set of customers. After a snap of months, I started heart comfortable voltaic pileing with ch ange customers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a rail line enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to expose more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers. Hence, I would rate this as my first accomplishment as this provides me the vision and one of the best vulnerability of my life. perspective at HEWITT- Since Ive completed Bachelor of plan in Computer Science, I unceasingly wanted to performance in a Software company , however I could not join! the company which hired me in campus due to recession. patch working on my Retail shop, I ve always entangle that I was not justifying with my qualification.
