Night

In the book Night by Elie Weisel the Nazis dehumanized the Judaical people.Dehumnization is the process by which the Nazis gradually reduced the Jews to little to more than than things which were a nuisance to them. I shall descibe 3 specific examples of dismantlets when Eliezer, his father, and their fellow Jews have been dehumanized.Throughout the book, the Jews in the camps argon ceaselessly dehumanized by the sub-human alimentation conditions in the camps, the physical and emotional brutishty of the SS Officers, and the moral division of themselves and the other Jews in the camps. Throughout the story Elizer constantly describes how the Jews in the camps are dehumanized by the terrible living conditions that they are supplied in the camps. The Jews were transported to the camps by being thrown into cows cars and shipped murder at about eighty people at a cartridge clip. They were so weak and thin that large poesy of them could be packed into these small cars, ma de to fit 1 cow. If any sensation goes missing, you shall be shot, like dogs. (German Officer, pg. 24). In this quote Elie Wiesel shows still how uncompassionate the Germans could be in their task of deporting the Jews, it also shows just how untamed the Germans were to their prisoners, they packed them into cattle cars 80 at a cartridge holder and referred to them as dogs.
