Indian banks are investing heavily in the technologies such as automated teller machine (ATMs), clear up banking, mobile banking, tele -banking, credit cards, debit cards, smart cards, call centers, CRM, breeding warehousing etc. It is essential to evaluate the impact o f knowledge technology on the performance of Indian banks in upon of extended value added services and customer satisfaction thereby. distant banks and Private field banks which took to a greater extent than IT initiative, were ensnare to be more efficient and more competent ability than public sphere banks in India.
